Last known address was 1311 Third Street, North Wilkesboro. Wanted for 16 counts of Obtaining Property by False Pretense, one count of Felony Larceny, and one count of Misdemeanor Larceny.

Rosalino Lopez Vera

On 09/03/2002 the suspect was stopped in a motor vehicle and his vehicle searched. Officers found over 9 ounces of cocaine in the vehicle. During the stop the suspect fled on foot and officers were unable to re-locate.

Home Invasions
Location: Townsend Street, North Wilkesboro
Saturday, January 9th, 2010 at 10:30PM
Two Black Males entered the house at 83 Townsend Street by force and ordered the residents to the ground at gun point. The suspects tied up the residents and took cash & property. The suspects then entered the house at 82 Townsend Street and ordered the residents to the ground at gun point. The suspects took cash & property. The suspects left the area on foot.
Over $5,000 in cash was taken along with a digital camera, I-phones, jewelry, and other assorted items from both homes.
The North Wilkesboro Police Department is looking for 2 (two) suspects.
Suspect Number One: Black Male, 6’ to 6’2” tall, slim build, apx. 20 years of age, last seen wearing a hoodie, with the hood over his head.
Suspect Number Two: Black Male, 5’6” tall, stocky build, wearing a ski mask and coveralls, apx. 20 years of age, with a scar on his face under his eye.
Both suspects were armed with handguns. Some of the victims did suffer minor injuries.
The Police Department is looking for a Plymouth PT Cruiser, unknown color, that was seen leaving the area after the time of the crime.
